From the passage above we see that God introduces Himself as The God who Makes A Way.
Exodus 14:13-14,21-11 With no way back and no way forward, God does what God does best - The impossible. He made a way where, naturally speaking, there was no way. ‘ Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still."... Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.’
God is a Waymaking God and He made a way for You and Me out of bondage and into Freedom.
Where in your life
do you need A Way provided where there seems to be No Way? Are you only looking at what you can do in the
situation or have you shifted your eyes to Jesus, the Way Maker? Jesus has a
way; he’s simply waiting on you to surrender your way – for His Way so He can
implement it.
